Each of our kitchens is equipped with an energy efficient refrigerator, an extra freezer, an electric stove top range, a microwave oven, and a dishwasher. Large centre islands are each surrounded by five bar stools. Bedrooms each come furnished with a double bed, one-night stand, a study table, and a chair.

Yes. Every property is equipped with close to 200 high definition cameras. These include parking areas, all common areas, and the exterior of the buildings. Front desk staff are also on-site daily as well as overnight security who will be able to assist you or answer any questions.

Absolutely not. We place many single students with other students based on the university program in which they are enrolled. We also make our best effort toward matching students’ personalities and lifestyles. You also have the option to share a suite with a group of your friends, if you wish.

That depends on what you want and what you are comfortable with. You can choose whether you prefer to live in an all female, all male, or co-ed suite.

Yes. Because we are a private student apartment building, you will receive rent receipts for all months that you stay with us. You may use these when filing your income tax returns.

Upon move-in, you will be given a personalized security key fob that will allow you to swipe open the front and rear access doors of the building. This same fob will provide access to all amenities and your suite. Access to your bedroom is controlled by a digital keypad lock.
